Abstract

This Order regulates voluntary licensing of tourism and resort activities in Georgia. It consists of five articles: General provisions (I); Subject of licensing (II); Rules for issuing licenses (III); License fee (IV); and Final provisions (V). The Order also adopts the charter for the Commission Issuing Licenses for Tourism and Resort Activities.
