Abstract

This Order approves the rules for the maintenance of the registry of extended producer responsibilities (EPR) in relation to the management of waste from batteries and accumulators. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); EPR registry administration (3); Public access to the EPR registry information (4); Registration in the EPR registry (5); Cancellation of a registration (6); Accounting of the product subject to EPR (7); and Updating the information included in the EPR registry (8).
