Abstract

This Order, among others, approves the State Program for Food Safety Control by National Food Agency of Georgia. It consists of six articles: Introduction (I); Program bases (II); Purposes of the program (III); Authority to implement the program (IV); State control mechanisms (V); and Expected results (VI). The Order also includes Annex 1.1 – Risk level criteria of food producing enterprises; Annex 1.2 – Monitoring – sampling; and Annex 1.3 – Subprogram “Food Safety State Program” 2018.
