Abstract

The Order regulates import of sample pesticides. It provides that a sample of pesticides and agro-chemicals is one that is offered free of charge by the producing company and which are subject to registration assessment and demonstrations. The National Food Agency oversees these measures. Finally, under the Order the testing materials and samples must meet safety standards for health and environment.
