Abstract

The Order regulates special control substances that may be used in veterinary service and animal capture. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Special rules for registration by the service (3); General requirements imposed on receiving, purchasing, issuing and using special control substances and health products that are recognized as special control pharmaceutical products (4); Writing off and destroying special control substances and health products that are recognized as special control pharmaceutical products (5); and Accountability of the service (6). The Order also includes various forms necessary for handling special control substances and health products that are recognized as special control pharmaceutical products.
