Abstract

This Order regulates a sale of wine on tap on the local consumer market of Georgia. “Wine on tap” is defined as wine that is not in tare. The Order consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Obligations of a wine production company, a wholesaler, and a retail seller (3); and Liability (4).
