Abstract

This Order approves the rules for undertaking state control of production, storage and sale of alcohol beverages and spirits based on grapes, and grafting and planting material of vines. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); State surveillance (2); State surveillance and rules for the surveillance measures (3); Obligation of wine companies (4); and Using results of state surveillance (5). The Order also approves the form for a state surveillance act under its annex no. 1.
