Abstract

This Order approves the rules for undertaking state control of production of wines with appellation of origin, alcoholic beverages with appellation of origin, wines with geographical indications, and spirit drinks with geographical indications. It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); State control (2); State control objects (3); Granting the authority for state control and rules for undertaking it (4); Obligation of the wine company (5); and Results of state control (6).
