Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities of carrying out veterinary and sanitary expertise of foodstuffs for compliance with safety requirements at all stages of life cycle that includes processing, trade, recycling and destruction of foodstuffs, and also packaging and labeling thereof. It shall be applicable to all subjects engaged in slaughtering, processing and trade of foodstuffs subject to veterinary inspection. In order to carry out veterinary and sanitary expertise of foodstuffs registered samples thereof shall be taken. After the outcome of the expertise a compliance certificate shall be issued. Veterinary supervision shall be applicable to foodstuffs recycling process.
