Abstract

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of the increase of the importance and responsibility of fishing seaports, orders to validate the present Regulation. Master of fishing seaport carries out state supervision over the observance of the legislation currently in force and normative acts, as well as international agreements regarding safe navigation and fisheries and other functions entrusted to him by the Mercantile Marine Code, orders, regulations and instructions of the Federal Fisheries Committee. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 regards the structure and the staff. Section 3 determines the tasks and the functions. Section 4 establishes the rights and the duties.
