Master of fishing seaport carries out state supervision over the observance of the legislation currently in force and normative acts, as well as international agreements regarding safe navigation and fisheries and other functions entrusted to him by the Mercantile Marine Code, orders, regulations and instructions of the Federal Fisheries Committee. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 regards the structure and the staff. Section 3 determines the tasks and the functions.
