This state environmental audit shall be based on the following principles: (a) evaluation of the potential risk of ecological danger; (b) Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); (c) consideration of environmental requirements and norms for the preservation of the environment; (d) independence of the experts and unrestricted realization of their competence; (e) legal validity of the outcome of the state environmental audit; and (f) publicity of its conduct. The object of the state environmental audit shall be the documentation in support of the proposed activity at the different stages of its processing, and the evaluation of its environmental impact. The state environmental audit shall have a minimum duration of 10 days and not more than 15 days. Annexes 1 and 2 contain the forms of the conclusion of the state environmental audit.
