Establishment of annual allowable cutting rate shall be carried out in the process of validation of forestry rules for forest districts and recreational forests by the authorized federal executive bodies, state bodies and local self-government. Annual allowable cutting rate shall be calculated separately for each forest district and each recreational forest distributed by coniferous, hard-wooded broadleaved and soft-wooded broadleaved forest species.
