Abstract

This Order, based on the provisions of the Law No.10465 dated 29.9.2011 on the veterinary service in the Republic of Albania, regulates the procedure regarding the approval of the veterinary health certificate model that has to accompany movement and transport within the territory of the Republic of Albania of cargoes of products of animal origin not intended for human consumption. The General Regulatory and Compliance Directorate is charged with the implementation of this Order in Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, Regional Veterinary Service and veterinary structures in units of local government.
