Abstract This Order approves the Regulation for sugar free fruit juice production and trade. It consists of 3 chapters and 1 annex specifying the requirements to be met in order to perform the said activity, establishing definition and characteristics of these fruit juice (concentrated, de-hydrated and nectar of fruit) including labelling and packaging requirements to be satisfied by these products according to Decree-Law No. 159/90 of 18 May.
