Abstract

This Order establishes that Calculation Instruction for identification of the composition and quantity of pollutants emitted to the atmospheric air in the course of electrolytic manufacturing of aluminum shall be used for projecting of maximum allowable limits, technical emission standards and registration of pollutants. The methodology shall be applicable for the calculation of emissions to the atmospheric air by industrial sites of electrolytic manufacturing of aluminum under construction, reconstruction, in expansion and in the process of technical re-equipment. Basic calculation of emissions shall be referred to work shop. The Order contains calculation formulae.
