This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 3 articles, prohibits catching, keeping, transport and trade of eel species (Anguilla anguilla) from October to December. Eel fishing only can be performed in professional fishing areas under terms and conditions prescribed in respective regulations.
