This Order enters into force 10 calendar days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for the use of fishery waterbodies and (or) sites for aquaculture development, in particular for lake-based commercial fishfarming and cage fishfarming. Lake-based commercial fishfarming shall be aimed at amelioration of fishery waterbodies through partial or total substitution therein of ichtyofauna by catch and removal of low-value fish species and introduction, growing and subsequent catch of valuable fish species. Cage fishfarming shall be specialized in growing commercial fish species in cages. In order to promote aquaculture shall be used fishery waterbodies and (or) parts thereof of local, national and international significance, allotted to aquaculture enterprises through tenders.
