Abstract

The Order regulates reporting requirements by license holders for different types of natural resources. Specifically, it adopts the following rules: Rules and deadlines for reporting on compliance with the terms of the special license for production of timber (1); Rules and deadlines for reporting on compliance with the terms of the special license for hunting business (2); Rules and deadlines for reporting on compliance with the terms of the fishing license (3); Rules and deadlines for reporting on compliance with the terms of export license of fir cones, as well as snowdrop bulbs and/or cyclamen tubers that are listed in the Appendices to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
