This Order enters into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the procedure for on allotment of waterbodies, or parts thereof, for separate or joint use on a competitive basis. In order to provide separate or joint use of a water body, physical persons and legal entities interested in using a water body shall submit application containing a brief description of the purpose and period of use of the waterbody, and the rationale for the request, specifying the location of waterbody, to the executive body of district, city of regional significance, region, city of republican significance. In case of location of waterbody on the territory of two or more districts, cities of regional significance, regions, cities of republican significance physical persons and legal entities, interested in use of water, shall submit an application to the corresponding local executive body of a district, city of regional significance, city of republican significance. Allotment of waterbodies shall be regulated by contracts, in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1. Annex 2 contains the form of the list of waterbodies allotted in separate or joint management.
