Abstract This Order, consisting of 3 articles, establishes new quota for "pescada branca do Sul" drums and croakers fishing, regulated by EU Regulation No. 44/2012, of 17 January. The quota is establishes as follows: 71% individual quota, for fishing vessels under restrictions for shrimp and drums and croakers fishing; 27% for the other fishing vessels limited to 4,9 tons per vessel according to the following fishing areas: 13% for vessels registered in the North West area from Caminha to Figueira da Foz; 8% for fishing vessels registered in the Southe-West area, from Nazaré to Sines; 6% for fishing vessels registered in Southe area from Lagos to Vila Real de Santo António.
