Definitions are set in article 13 on allowed discharge of residue of X, Y and Z substances. If irregularities occur – on the suspicion of illegal dumping at sea - the Admiral Danish Fleet shall, in cooperation with national and EU Member State authorities, ensure proper monitoring and measures concerning illegal discharge.
