This Order enters into force 10 calendar days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes sanitary and epidemiological requirements for projecting, construction, reconstruction and operation of buildings, premises and facilities for industrial purposes, to workplace, working conditions, domestic services, medical care and nutrition of staff. It also sets terms and conditions for heating, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, sewerage and recycling of industrial waste. Each construction project of industrial facility shall require mandatory issuance of sanitary and epidemiological inspection report. On the territory of the industrial facility shall be allocated the following functional areas: (a) production/manufacturing; (b) administrative; (c) transport and warehouse; and (d) auxiliary facilities. Storage of highly toxic substances, precursors, pesticides under sheds or under the open sky shall be prohibited. In the premises for storage of highly toxic substances, precursors and pesticides shall be provided natural and mechanical supply of input-exhaust ventilation. Use warehouse space for the joint storage of pesticides with food, fodder and various materials and objects for economic purposes shall be prohibited. The joint storage of pesticides with mineral fertilizers shall be prohibited. Placement of pesticides inside the warehouse is made according to their classification by toxicity and flammability, preparative forms, chemical compatibility and temperature storage. In complete isolation from other chemicals must be envisaged storage of magnesium chlorate and chlorate chloride calcium. Transportation and shipment of pesticides shall be authorized in solid, well-closed packaging that meets specifications. Container shall be labelled with indelible paint.
