Abstract This Order prohibits the discharge of pollutant wastes into coastal lakes. It consists of 5 articles establishing the aforementioned prohibition in order to preserve natural fishery resources for artisanal and industrial fishing activity. It prescribes controls to be carried out by Sudepe services and lays down sanctions to be paid by offenders, in compliance with article 58 of Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967.
