Order No. 170 of the Federal Supervision Service in the sphere of Nature Management validating Methodical Recommendations on educational activity in protected areas and national parks.

This Order establishes that educational activity in protected areas and national parks shall be carried out by methods complying with special protection regime of the aforesaid areas. Educational activity shall have as its purposes: (a) to ensure support of reserve management and studies by vast strata of the population; (b) to ensure participation in the solution of regional ecological problems; and (c) to form ecological consciousness. Specialized structural subdivision of protected area or na
