Abstract

Hunting in social hunting areas managed by the Forestry Department or by bodies to which it delegates this authority is subject to a special hunting licence as well as to other documents required by law. The special licences, which may be individual or collective (in the latter case they are issued to groups of not more than five hunters) are personal, non-transferable and issued against payment of a fee. They specify, in particular the areas in and days on which the holder(s) may hunt, the species to be hunted and hunting procedures.
