It shall perform the following tasks: (a) ecosystem conservation; (b) conservation and restoration of historically formed landscapes; (c) restoration of disturbed natural, historical and cultural complexes and objects; (d) ecological monitoring; (e) ecological education; (f) tourism; and (f) forest management and forestry protection measures. The following activities shall be prohibited: (a) construction; (b) any type of felling; (c) stay with fishing gear; (d) hunting and fishing; and (e) transfer of plots of protected area to the category of recreational area.
