Abstract

This Order establishes that National Anti-Corruption Division is organized as a structure with legal personality within the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice and specializes in combating corruption offences, according to the law. The Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice resolves the conflicts of competence between the National Anti-Corruption Division and other structures or units within the Public Ministry. National Anti-Corruption Division is organized at central level and at territorial level. At the central level, the National Anti-Corruption Division is organized into departments, services, offices and compartments by types of activity. National Anti-Corruption Division shall combat crimes assimilated to corruption offences, procurement of goods, works and services for public authorities, economic and financial macro-crimes. National Anti-Corruption Division is led by a chief prosecutor, assimilated to the first Deputy Prosecutor General of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice. This Order establishes the internal hierarchy of National Anti-Corruption Division, attributing competence, functions and responsibilities to offices and departments within the framework of National Anti-Corruption Division.
