Abstract

This Interim Regulation establishes that zoovetservices shall perform the following activities in relation to stockbreeding: (a) artificial insemination; (b) determination of quality and fat content of milk; (c) sheep shearing and clipping; (d) determination of output of clean wool fibre; (e) laboratory analysis of wool samples; (f) testing and training of horses; (g) organization of cultivated pastures and use thereof; (h) fodder preparation technology and animal feeding; (i) livestock production technology and processing; (j) development of selection programmes and forms of husbandry registration; and (k) export and import of services and commodities. Zoovetservices shall be subject to compulsory licensing and certification. Licence validity term is 5 years.
