The Regulation does not establish the fixed, dues, rates and charges but establishes the methodical directiona and instructions for the calculation thereof. The present Regulations is applicable also to fishing vessels used for the transportation of catch and fish products. The Regulation consists of 6 sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 deals with ship’s seaport dues. Section 3 deals with ship’s crew seaport dues. Section 4 regards additional dues for the use of seaport facilities. Section 5 determines the modalities of collection of ship’s seaport dues and additional dues for the use of seaport facilities. Section 6 sets top limits (tariffs) for seaport dues and services in fishing seaports.
