Order No. 160 of the Federal Forest Agency regarding minimum tariffs for allocation of standing timber for final sanitary felling of trees damaged by pests and diseases, wind, forest fires and by natural disasters.

Abstract

This Order establishes that to the minimum tariffs for allocation of standing timber for final sanitary felling of trees damaged by pests and diseases, wind, forest fires and by natural disasters shall be applicable the following corrective factor: (a) 0, 7 in case of the reduction of standing industrial timber by 30 percent; (b) 0, 5 in case of the reduction of standing industrial timber by 31-50 percent. In case of the reduction of standing industrial timber by more than 50 percent the forest managers shall be exonerated from payment.
