Abstract

This Order approves the instruction on customs formalities regarding customs-cargo declaration undertaken by the customs authorities of Georgia. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Rules for crossing goods (2); Declaring goods (3); Rules for crossing property (4); and Rules for filling out declarations for goods to be imported into Georgia (5). The Order, among others, applies to phyto-sanitary and veterinary control measures as well as other associated customs formalities.
