Abstract

This Order partly amends Act no. 7, in particular the definition of "National Environmental Research Institute (NERI)" which now is changed to "National Centre for the Environment and Energy (DCE)".Article 97 is amended as follows: "The Government may confiscate collected or used mineral resources without authorization in violation of article 2.2, No. 1, art. 45-47, or contrary to the conditions set out in the authorization or approval or provisions laid down in the Mineral Resources Act".
