The Regulation enters into force from 1 January 1999.
Abstract

Regional forestry institutions must be guided in their activity by this Regulation and provide for its strict observance, provide for the formation and storage of insurance stock of forestry seeds necessary for reforestation, forest plantation and cultivated plantation. Insurance stock of forestry seeds is formed for the purpose of reforestation, forest plantation and cultivated plantation in a year of bad harvest calculated as average periodicity of seed-growing of the main forest species. Territorial (local) branches of the Federal Forest Service are entitled to provide for the formation and storage of insurance stock of forestry seeds.
