Abstract This Order ensures the Regional Council’s determination for areas of public action that may pose a risk to groundwater, surface water or the environment. Additionally, it applies to land that is or will be mapped by the Soil Contamination Act on classification level 1 or level 2. 6. The Regional Council shall determine areas where pollution or contamination which may have a detrimental effect on surface waters or international nature conservation area (Article 6). Information thereof shall be notified to be reported to the National Environmental Portal soil database (Article 7).
