Hunting authorization is the document testifying hunting right for a single species recorded therein. The state bodies of forest institution shall issue hunting authorization to hunters after prepayment thereof. Hunting of species that are not recorded in hunting authorization is a gross violation of the hunting regulation. Hunting authorization shall be issued on the following terms and conditions : 1) for a daylight ; 2) for five daylights ; 3) for a hunting tour ; 4) till the moment of capture (in case of capture of wildlife species for the purpose of re-population). Only individual hunting shall be authorized as regards fur-bearing species, and also cervids while on heat. Individual, collective and battue hunting shall be authorized for bear and artiodactyls. Unused hunting authorization shall be invalidated and shall be to the issuing authority without reimbursement.
