Abstract

Federal State Information System for Traceability of Pesticides and Agrochemicals is designed to provide accounting for pesticide batches and agrochemicals during their handling (production (manufacturing), storage, transportation, use, trade, neutralization, disposal, destruction, as well as the analysis, processing of submitted data and information, and monitoring of the reliability of such data and information. The information system functions through the following components: (a) a subsystem for accounting for the import of pesticides and agrochemicals, which is designed for traceability of pesticides and agrochemicals during their import to the territory of the Russian Federation; (b) a subsystem for working with directories and documents, which is designed to support directories and documents hosted in the information system; (c) a subsystem for processing credentials, which is designed to account for pesticides and agrochemicals during their handling (production (manufacturing), storage, transportation, application, trade, neutralization, disposal, destruction and burial; (d) integration subsystem, which is designed to exchange information; and (e) reporting subsystem, which is designed to create reports on the circulation of pesticides and agrochemicals.
