Order No. 152 of the Ministry of Agriculture regulating the licensing of activities related to the acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivates in grain elevators.

This Order establishes a special licensing commission for activities related to the acceptance, storage and processing of grain and its derivates in grain elevators. The determination on whether to issue a licence shall be made upon presentation by the Ministry of Agriculture. Applicants shall submit the following documentation in support of their application: (a) notarized copy of state registration; (b) documents attesting to compliance with licensing criteria; and (c) copy of receipt for paym
