This Order enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order regulates motorsaw use. It consists of 8 articles and 1 annex specifying the requirements to be met in order to obtain an authorization for using or just keeping motorsaw. It also establishes fees to be paid by users and sanctions for offenders. Annex lays down a model form listing (by State) all information to be given to the competent authority (Ibama). It also applies for motorsaw selling.
