Entry into force on 1 January 2013, with the exception of change in article 55, which shall enter into force on 1 May 2012.

Abstract

The Order applies to fish farming operations and aquaculture and amends Order No. 822 with regard to quota and inspection of catch. Maximum allowed quota for marine fishery is 200 000 units, which count shall be supervised by the Fishery Directorate.
