In the process of navigation shall be ensure safe navigation and protection against marine pollution and dumping at sea. Fishing vessels carrying out fresh or frozen catch shall have priority access to harbour facilities. In order to ensure ecological safety vessels entering harbour facilities or staying nearby shall be prohibited to dump sewage and other waste, burn waste materials on board and emit pollutants to the atmosphere.
