Entry into force notes
The Order enters into force on 1 January 1998.
Abstract

The Order aims to promote the most economic and environmentally friendly supply of energy, reducing dependence from oil. Energy supply in this act includes import, transport and distribution of oil products and gaseous products; distribution of energy supply equipment and methods. The Order sets regulations on energy supply demands and the implementation thereof in industrial buildings, private homes etc.
