This Order enters into force on 1 January 2018.
Abstract

This Order, adopted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, applies to fishing in saltwater for the protection of reefs within the marine Natura 2000 areas designated as protected areas according to Articles 3 and 4. The Order prohibits fishing with bottom-towed gears in the areas indicated in Article 3.
