Abstract

This Order entitles the Ministry of Agriculture with the function of carrying out antiepizootic arrangements, including preventive arrangements and liquidation of the outbreaks of disease common to animals and human beings. It sets forth terms and sequence of operations for carrying out antiepizootic arrangements. The Ministry shall undertake the following procedures: (a) provision with drugs in case of the outbreak of most dangerous animal diseases and imposition of quarantine; (b) organization and carrying out antiepizootic arrangements against infectious and other animal diseases; and (c) organization and carrying out antiepizootic arrangements applicable to domesticated fish species recorded in the state register of selection achievements in the process of fish breeding.
