Abstract

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to validate the List of the types of activity regarding industrial fisheries and fish-farming subject to licensing (attached to the present Order). Industrial fisheries' activity subject to licensing includes marketable catch and harvest of aquatic animals and plants carried out in internal sea, the Azov and the Caspian seas, continental shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation, as well as in the open zones of the World Ocea
