Abstract The Danish Central Stockholding Entity (FDO) is appointed by the Oil Preparedness Act as central storage unit from 31 of May 2012. The purpose of this Order is to establish FDO’s administrative tasks in relation to Oil Preparedness Act’s requirements of business storage obligations in maintaining a central storage unit record of companies such as: companies with commercial stock in accordance to the Oil Preparedness Act’s article 14, section 1; companies renting out storage capacity for crude oil or petroleum products listed in the Act’s article 14, section 2.
