Radiation safety certificate shall have limited validity. The period of validity shall not exceed one month. Radiation safety certificate shall be issued in Russian (Belarusian) in four identical copies, one of which shall remain at the issuing authority office and the three shall be handed over to the exporter who must hand over one of the to the customs office. Exporter shall be liable for the compliance of commodities with the requirements set for contents of radioactive nuclides, the correctness of the utilization of certificate and validity of the documentation submitted to the authorized radiation control office.
