This Order enters into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes a periodical closed season for shrimp professional fishing into the bays of the State of Paraná. It consists of 4 articles prohibiting professional fishing to all crustacean species into the aforementioned areas from 15 December until 15 February of every year. It prescribes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with article 71 of Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 February 1967 and Act No. 7.679 of 23 November 1988.
