In the water bodies managed by fishing and hunting associations artisanal and sport fishing shall be authorized for the members of the aforesaid associations in accordance with fishing authorization and fishing permits issued by the aforesaid associations. In some waterbodies by recommendation of scientific research institutions can be authorized artisanal and sport fishing of precious marketable fish species (prohibited for catch by natural persons in accordance with Fisheries Regulation) in accordance with fishing licence issued by fishing inspection. Fishing and catch of protected animal, fish and plant species recorded in the national and regional Red Book shall be prohibited. Underwater fishing shall be authorized without aqualung and other self-contained underwater breathing apparatus. Use of explosives, electric devices, firearms, air guns, harpooning devices, poisonous substances shall be prohibited. Authorized fishing gear for a single natural person shall contain 5 fishhooks and two crayfish traps, and 10 fishhooks and 3 crayfish traps for members of fishing and hunting associations. Total allowable daily catch for natural persons shall be 3 kilograms of fish and 30 species of crayfish, and 5 kilograms of fish and 50 species of crayfish for members of fishing and hunting associations.
