Abstract This Order regulates logged tree exportation system. It consists of 13 articles specifying the requirements to be met in order to obtain an authorization for logged tree exploitation of following species: Swietenia macrophilla, Virola surinamensis, Araucaria angustifolia and Ocotea porosa. It also establishes fees to be paid by tree logging companies and sanctions for offenders under the competence and control of Ibama.
