Abstract This Order applies to subsidies for electricity production from industrial combined heat and power plants, in adherence to article 58c of the Electricity Supply Act. Subsidies shall be determined by provisions of articles 3-5 on the basis of the plant's power generation, and may be granted regardless of whether already other facilities have been awarded. Subsidy may be disbourses in the period between 1 January 2013 and 31 December 2020. Applications for subsidy shall be submitted to Energinet.dk. The grants are conditional upon Energinet.dk's authorization on all matters of importance for their eligibility, amount and duration. Notification shall be made as soon as these conditions are met.
